"Strong possibility of humans to colonize Moon and Mars in the next 50 years” says Mylsamy Annadurai, Scientist

Coimbatore : Mylswamy Annadurai, Scientist and Former Program Director of ISRO said that there is a strong possibility that Mars and Moon may become a place for human inhabitation in the next to 50 to 60 years.

Coimbatore : Mylswamy Annadurai, Scientist and Former Program Director of ISRO said that there is a strong possibility that Mars and Moon may become a place for human inhabitation in the next to 50 to 60 years.

Comparing it to the colonisation of America by humans after it was discovered he said that in the next 50 to 60 years, humans may inhabit the Moon and Mars as they inhabit the Mother Earth. 



Mylswamy Annadurai was the special guest at Velliankadu Higher Secondary School where he felicitated the Government school students who had cleared the JEE exams. 

Mylswamy Annadurai who gave away the prizes to the students who had cleared the JEE exams in his address said “The entire 130 crore Indians, and the rest of the world are looking forward to September 7. The Chandrayaan II that will approach the Moon will reach the elliptical orbits of the Moon aided by the gravitational force. Following this, the Vikram lander is slated to move slowly towards the moon on September 7 and arrangements are made for the same”

 Although it is technically challenging, he said "that all the tests had been completed and he is eagerly waiting for the 15 minutes when Chandrayaan II will be landing on the Moon"
